Eating is a necessity of life but eating out of good nutrition can harm the body and cause the body not to function well.
It is advisable to keep your diet in check for optimal health during your older age ahead.

Too much alcohol can also increase the level of sugar in the blood and it is harmful for aged person. So consider decreasing the level of alcohol intake. If you are use to drinking 2 bottles before you can reduce to 1. But not stopping it totally for it might be very difficult to get rid of it completely since is now a habit.

Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons: to regulate body temperature, keep joints lubricated, prevent infections, deliver nutrients to cells, and keep organs functioning properly. Being well-hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition, and mood.

Water helps muscles and joints work better. When you’re well hydrated, the water inside and outside the cells of contracting muscles provides adequate nutrients and removes waste efficiently so you perform better. Water is also important for lubricating joints.

Dehydration can cause malfunction of the body systems. That is why you need enough water for your body to function and help it fight against disease.
